From the start, our team carefully evaluates your home’s existing constraints and develops a re-imagined design tailored to your lifestyle and evolving needs. Our team will prepare all demolition drawings and new construction drawings needed for permitting.

  • Are you an architect or developer who needs additional help producing drawings? We would love to collaborate with you on a contract basis to make sure your project goals are met.

  • Are you in the process of purchasing a lot, or have already done so? Would you like to determine what is possible to build on your site? Our team will conduct a field study of your lot and determine the contraints, zoning requirements, and potential risks associated with the site. From there, our team will develop a report so you have everything necessary to move forward.

  • Having worked over 5 years in commercial architecture, our team is highly trained in commercial work and commercial code requirements. Help us bring your coffee shop or local restaurant to life.

Our Process

At Oakhaven Architecture, our process is designed to provide clients with a collaborative and seamless experience. It begins with completing a project inquiry questionnaire, followed by scheduling a phone meeting to determine if we're the right fit for you and hear about your project goals.

Once we've established our compatibility, we will send you a proposal for design services and schedule. Should we agree on the proposal, our team will begin developing the design documents beginning with a Programming Session. The Programming Session is critical in determining all the spaces and features you would like included in your design and their adjacencies. Following Programming, our team will develop Schematic Design documents, where we will continue to develop your concept floor plan and elevations to ensure your design vision is being followed. Next, during the creation of Design Development drawings, our team will continue to refine the design and begin developing preliminary construction details. At this stage, major design decisions should be finalized. Lastly, Construction Documents will be produced to develop the approved design into a final set of construction drawings ready to submit for permitting.
